Deliveries of products are made only in the Greek territory, within two - three (2-3) working days through the company ELTA Couriers (Door-to-Door) after your order has been confirmed. In order to complete the provision of the service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to the above company (name, address, telephone number), in order to complete the delivery.

Shipments worth 50€ and above are free of charge. For shipments worth up to 49€, the charge is 3€

The distribution of products takes place from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. Once the order arrives at the delivery address, you will be asked to sign for delivery.

If the goods arrive at their destination and there is no person to receive them, then the cooperating courier company will make two more attempts, in the next business days, to deliver the product to you, leaving you a notice to contact their responsible representative. The time frame to contact them and determine the re-shipment of the product to you is 3 business days. After the end of this specific period, the product is automatically returned to our warehouses. When the product is returned to us, we will contact you about the alternatives we offer you. In the event that the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of the company, the company is committed to sending a new courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order at its own expense.

In the event that the information you entered in the form is incorrect, the Company is not responsible for non-delivery.
